Enterprise

Built to live with hundreds of screens — not just one

For chain restaurants, retail and multi-location organizations: access security, traceability and store/region operations are at the core of the product — not an 'enterprise layer' bolted on later.

Try 15 days first

Access security

  • Mandatory two-step verification

Every user signs in with an authenticator app; a password alone is not enough.

  • Role-based permissions

View/edit rights per section. A store manager sees only their own work.

  • Separate publish rights

Going live is a separate permission and asks for a second code verification on every publish.

Traceability

  • Activity log

Who changed what, and when — every change is recorded.

  • Draft and live separation

The scene you're working on doesn't affect the live screen; it waits until you publish.

  • Play report

How many minutes each piece of content played in each store is measured on the server.

Multi-store operations

  • Store and region structure

Attach stores to regions; offline alerts also go to the store and region managers.

  • Business hours and TV timer

Screens turn off outside business hours and wake up on their own in the morning — saving electricity and panel life.

  • Bulk operations

Apply content, business hours or a playlist to dozens of stores in one move.

Enterprise services

Beyond the software, we handle the migration too

Store migration

Moving from your current signage system: we migrate the device list, content and store structure together; screens don't go dark on migration day.

POS & price integration

Store price lists are fed from your POS or ERP via REST/JSON. Product code matching, one-time setup.

On your own server

If data must stay inside your organization, the same platform is installed on your own infrastructure; we manage the updates.

Alerts & monitoring

A screen that goes offline during business hours is reported by email to the general, store and region managers.

The team behind it

A team that knows screens from the field

vitscreen is a product of TEK10 Teknoloji. TEK10 is an Istanbul-based technology company building software for multi-location businesses; alongside vitscreen, the field audit platform denetli came from the same team.

The product matured not on a demo site but at Saloon Burger and Pizza Lazza, on 431 screens under real traffic. We learned what a chain's operations team expects from the panel by working alongside those teams in the field.

Proven in the field

Hundreds of screens, live every day

vitscreen runs the 431 screens of Saloon Burger and Pizza Lazza from a single panel: synchronized video walls, store-based menu boards, screens that switch on and off with business hours. Every release is validated on this fleet under real traffic before it ships.
