1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the vitscreen digital signage service (the "Service") provided by TEK10 Teknoloji Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("TEK10") and apply to everyone who uses it. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details. The Service requires two-step verification for every user. Actions taken under your account are deemed to be yours; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Trial period
The trial account is offered for 15 days, with up to 5 screens and without collecting card details. If no plan is chosen at the end of the period, screens stop playback and the panel becomes read-only; content and settings are kept for 90 days.
4. Content and responsibility
You are responsible for all content you upload and publish (images, videos, text, price information). Content that infringes copyright, is unlawful or violates the rights of third parties may not be published. In such cases we reserve the right to suspend the account. You retain ownership of your content; TEK10 holds only the limited usage rights over the content that are needed to provide the Service.
5. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the period and amount stated in the quote. The Service may be suspended for periods that are not paid. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and do not affect the current period.
6. Service level
We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance. Screens are designed to keep playing cached content when the connection is lost; nevertheless, we are not liable for outages caused by internet, power or devices. Enterprise plans are covered by a separate SLA agreement.
7. Termination
You can cancel monthly plans at the end of the period without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or close the account in case of a breach of these terms. You can export your content before closure.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes are announced via the panel or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the current terms.
9. Governing law and contact
